One-Person Business Niche Brainstorm Pt 1

Find your one-person business idea you'll love.

Use the niche brainstorm worksheet to come up with your business idea based on:

• Who you are & what you do today (Point A)
• Who you want to be 3 years from now (Point B)

This worksheet will help uncover:

• The gaps between Point A and Point B
• The skills and traits you need to master to bridge your gap

Once you find the skills and traits to bridge Point A & Point B, you'll see the areas of growth you can start tackling. I call this your "Golden Tickets".

After you list out your Golden Tickets, the ones you find most interesting can become the one-person business idea you pursue!

How you may ask? I'll show you.

This is how the one-person business model works:

1. Pick a skill or trait you're interested in (and helps you grow)
2. Learn the skill or trait (via books, trial & error, courses, communities, podcasts, YouTube)
3. Build your own solutions to problems you come across during your growth journey
4. Share your solutions, learnings, insights, wins & losses with your audience on social media
5. Monetize your expertise as you continue learning, growing, and sharing (1:1 coaching, ebooks, courses, sponsorships, freelance/consulting)

The one-person business is about improving yourself & sharing your lessons so you can help others grow like you.

How to use the worksheet

1. Login to Figma or create an account for free

   

2. Click the down arrow beside the file title on the top center & click "Duplicate to your drafts"

   

3. Click on the icon on the top left of your page, and click "Back to files"

   

4. You should find the duplicated file in your workspace you can edit
